Blame you- so I don’t have to look at myself

In life, it is so easy to blame the other person. When that crazy driver cut me off, I am so yelling at him. How dare him! What was he thinking? I own the road and don’t you dare cutting me off. He was such a idiot by the way he drives. Have you looked at yourself reacting to those situations. It is so easy to say that driver ruined your commute. But if you truly are a peaceful person, should that random person ruin your commute? Was it really worth getting upset over that car? Sometimes we are so focused on that small situation that did not really matter. And that focus kept us distracted from looking at ourselves and looking at our wounds.

Sometimes when you get upset, it is time to think why? Is the situation really worth my negative attention? Is the situation really such a big deal that I need to spend time dwelling about it?
