Reflection of a mom of a teenager- have I done my job?   

It is graduation time, lot of people are reflecting about the role of a parent, since kids are moving on to be wherever they need to go. And I was no different. I was reflecting on parenthood a bit and realized that sometimes we just have to be grateful that our children are moving on to the next stage and we have done the job right to help them achieve that. It is hard to see them becoming their own person, but we have to be grateful for the work that we have done as a parent.
